Welcome! Clove&Clive
is dedicated to nurturing the “beingness” of the here and now through
full participation of mindfulness in conscious loving and conscious
living way.
WHY
We are living in a critical
situation on earth where spiritual awakening is no longer a choice but
a necessity. There is dire need for a shift from being human to being
humane. This shift can only be possible when we look within here and
now.
WHERE
We have built our cozy centre at Kelana Jaya, Petaling Jaya. We conduct
evening and weekend courses here, and may sometimes bring you out of
the city to quiet and peaceful locations to help you in your practice.
We welcome you to pay a visit to view our place and its facilities, but
do give us a call first to see if we’re in! (Location Map)
WHO
We are a group of like-minded
people from various walks of life who have benefited immensely from the
practice of mindfulness, and are committed to reach out and share with
others the journey of conscious loving and conscious living for a
harmonious world.
WHAT
We will be conducting
meditation courses centering on love and awareness. Our courses are
non-religious, non-sectarian and open to participants from all faiths.
We welcome all who are seeking spiritual awakening in support of
freedom and happiness for themselves and others.
HOW
Courses are generously
subsidized by loving friends who have pledged their support
towards the setup of Clove&Clive. Participant’s nominal fee
will assist in defraying operational cost.

At Clove&Clive, inhouse
courses/workshops are conducted in small, focused groups of about
20-25 pax, so that you can gain the optimum benefits of each course by
sharing & discussing your experiences with the facilitators and
members of the group. However, sharing is a natural and voluntary act
and you will only need to share when you are ready.
Meditation and mindfulness is a personal and continuous journey. At
Clove&Clive, we offer initial introductory courses,
Mindfulness
- A Starting Point and Wisdom
Meditation; as well as a follow up
courses, which encourages you to delve
deeper into the workings of the mind that influences your actions,
reactions, emotions, relationships and issues in life and work. Follow
up courses helps you keep up the momentum of the practice until the
benefits become obvious and it will naturally become a regular
practice in your life. Participating in follow up courses also enable
you to get to know your fellow participants better, and in the process,
form spiritual friendships which will help and support you in your
ongoing spiritual journey.
